1. Razia Sultan was removed from The Throne in 1240 CE because people during the age were not comfortable having a queen as a ruler. they regarded women to be inferior to men and hence not fit to rule over the people.

2. the turks were successful in in wedding India because the regional Kingdoms of India where busy and fighting among themselves living the country's borders unprotected. this gave the turks a chance to attack the country. Mahmud of Ghazni was the first ruler to attack the country in the 11th and 12th century.

3. Alam Khan Lodhi invited Babur to attack India so that he could capture Delhi with his help. daulatkhan Lodhi invited Babur so that he could keep Punjab for himself. probably, Rana Sanga also assured Babur for his help against Ibrahim Lodhi once he entered Punjab. all these circumstances encouraged Babur to attack India.
