yes the Governor will surely intervene if there will be practice of infanticide because every person has the right to life so every person has the equal right to live in the society really so no one can be killed in anyway

if then also any religion has the Infant decide as that fits belief then the constitution has a feature that it can intervene within the personal matters of the religion if it is going against the wishes of the constitution
