from given info

2x+5y=4

3x+6y=3

x+2y=1

sub (1)and (2)

2x+5y=4

x+2y=1

x+3y=3

x=3-3y....(3)

sub (3) in (2)

x+2y=1

3-3y+2y=1

3-y=1

y=2

x=3-3(2)

x=3-6

x=3(as no of people can't be negative)

x+y=2+3

=5

so,for one man and one women it would take 5days
