and man =1/y

2p+5q=1/4 (1)and 3p+6q=1/3(11)
now
multiply Equation 1 by 3 and 11 by 2
then 6p+15q=3/4 (111)
and 6p+12q=2/3(1v)
subtract 1v from equation 111
then q=1/36
put in any equation this value and then p=1/18
1/x=1/18
and 1/y=1/36
x=18 y =36
