On May 15, 2019, I ordered a book set (Order number: 4178569) to be delivered to Amritsar, P.O. Box: 00784. To my dismay, I received the wrong set of books.

I would appreciate it if you could replace the wrong set with the one I initially ordered. Do let me know whenever possible what action you plan on taking. I'm looking forward to your reply within the next week.

I have attached the transaction document and receipt with this letter. I will wait till the above mentioned time before contacting a consumer protection. Contact me if required at the above mentioned address or by phone at 00971XXXXXXX.
