The proverb celebrates the power of writing. It highlights the fact that:

Here's a short paragraph about A Village Fair.

EXPLANATION:  

• During the last Durga Puja vacations, I got the chance to visit my village. On the eighth day of the Navratri there was a village fair organized in our village. The fair was so large that the people from surrounding villages also came to enjoy the fair.
• The road to the fair was filled with people dressed in their best clothes, all colourful and vibrant. There were many small groups of women who came to the fair to visit the large number of shops set up there. There were also ferries wheel, and other rides for children.
• There were also various sweet stalls. The people were full of joy and enthusiasm. It was one of my best fair experiences till date.
