ANSWER :

The response of sunflower towards light is an example of responsiveness to stimuli. The sunflower exhibit phototropism. It means that they grow in the direction of light. They move in accordance with the position of sun's face.

EXPERIMENT :

Take a cardboard or a wooden box and make a tiny hole in one of the corner at the top of the box or cardboard. Then place sunflower plant inside the box and close the box. It should be watered regularly. Now, watch the growth of the plant towards the hole made on the top corner of the box. It can be observed that the sunflower bends towards the light which shows that sunflower responses towards the light of the sun. This shows that the sunflower exhibit phototropism.
