1. Nutrition → Nutrition is providing or obtaining food that is necessary for growth.

2. Nutrients → It is a substance which helps us to survive, growth, reproduction. It is very necessary for us.

3. Protein Protein is a very complex substance which is made up of amino acid, hydrogen, oxygen. Sulfur may be or may be not present in the protein.

4. Cellular respiration → The process in which cell break down glucose and then produce energy and create ATP molecules.

5. Aerobic respiration → The process of breaking down of food in the presence of oxygen is called aerobic respiration. It releases lots of energy in the form of ATP molecules.

6. Glycolusis →The process of breaking down of sugar (glucose) and produce energy in the form of ATP and NADH molecules.
