answer and explanation of this question as follows-

Answer:

  1. a=2, b=0, c=-5
  2. a=0, b=1, c=-2
  3. a=0, b=1, c=-21
  4. a=13, b=0, c=14

Step-by-step explanation:

1) 2x=5

2x+0y=5

2x+0y-5=0

2x+0y+(-5)=0.

ax+by+c=0(general form)

:. a=2, b=0, c=-5

2). y - 2 = 0

0x+1y-2=0

0x+1y+(-2)=0

ax+by+c=0(general form)

therefore, a=0, b=1, c=-2

3) y/7 =3

y/7-3=0

y/7-3/1=0

now, take the LCM of 7 and 1

y-21

------------- = 0

7

0x+1y-21=0

0x+1y+(-21)=0

ax+by+c =0(general form)

therefore, a=0, b=1, c=-21

4) x = -14 /13

1x+14/13=0

1x/1+14/13=0

now, take the LCM of 13 and 1

after that simplest the fraction

by solving, u have have this equation-

13x+14=0

13x+0y+14=0

ax+by+c=0(general form)

therefore,a=13, b=0, c=14
