1. Increasing incomes of Farmers & giving them Subsidy for their crops.
2. Generating alternate employment opportunities to farmers & their families.
3. Insuring their crops & Reducing risks in case of crop-failure.
4. Developing cold storages to prevent harvest from getting spoilt. In other words, Developing agriculture related -infrastructure.
5. Improving quality of rural life by providing High yielding variety of seeds, Fertilizers, insecticides, pesticides, Irrigational facilities, etc...
