Take x²+3x be p

2p² + 3(p-5) +10

= 2p² + 3p - 15 + 10

= 2p² + 3p - 5

= 2p² - 2p + 5p - 5

= 2p ( p-1 ) + 5 ( p-1 )

= (2p + 5) (p - 1)

factorise furthur by putting the values of p and get your answer. You would take 1 factor and factorise it and another factor to factorise completely. There will all total 4 factors.
