Answer:

2(x +  \frac{3}{2} ) = 3(x -  \frac{1}{3} )

2 \times x + 2 \times  \frac{3}{2}  = 3 \times x - 3 \times  \frac{1}{3}

2x  + 3 = 3x - 1

3x - 2x = 3 + 1

x =4
