We have:

(2^{x+3}) - 9 × (2^{x}) + 1 = 0

We have to find, the value of x.

Solution:

∴ (2^{x+3}) - 9 × (2^{x}) + 1 = 0

2^{x}2^{3} - 9 × (2^{x}) + 1 = 0 [ ∵ a^{m+n}=a^{m}.a^{n} ]

8(2^{x}) - 9 (2^{x}) + 1 = 0

⇒ - 2^x + 1 = 0

2^x = 1

2^x = 2^0

Comparing the powers of x, we get

x = 0

∴ x = 0

Thus, the value of x is "equal to 0".
