These are not equations, there are functions and they have infinite amount of solutions, hence you cannot “solve” them. As the x is not powered, these are linear functions and are usually written as y=ax+c, in your examples these would be:

y=-2x/3+72/3 aka y= - (2/3)x+24 (or y=24-(2/3)x)

And

Y=-3x/2+108/2 aka y =54–1,5x

These functions can be graphed by giving x any values. For linear functions you need two values for x (usually easiest to take x=0 and x=1) and find the corresponding y value. Then draw an infinite straight line through these two points and you have all solutions.
