2(x-4)/3=3 - (2x+3)/2

So

2x-8/3= 3/1 - (2x+3)/2

2x-8/3=6-(2x+3)/2

2x-8/3=3-2x/2

Multiplying both the sides by 6.

=>2(2x-8)=3(3-2x)

4x-16=9-6x

10x=25

x=5/2

Hope it is helpful.
