FINAL ANSWER:-

x = 3 , y = 1

SOLUTION:-

x + 7y = 10------------( 1 )

3x - 2y = 7------------( 2 )

from-------( 1 ) & --------( 2 )

multiply by ---(3)* in ----( 1)

3x + 21y = 30

3x - 2y = 7

(-)___(+)__(-)

--------------------

23y = 23

Y = 1 [ put in ---( 1 ) ]

we get,

X + 7y = 10

x + 7(1) = 10

x = 10 - 7

x = 3 , y = 1
