W.K.T

 {a}^{m}  \div  {a}^{n}  = \:  {a}^{m - n}

= 2^(3-x) / 2^x = 2^1

= 2^(3-x-x) = 2^1

if \:  {a}^{m}  =  {a}^{n} then \: m = n

= 3-x-x = 1

= 3-2x = 1

= -2x = -2

then x = 1

The Answer is option (A)
