2x + y = 10
3x - y = 15
first adding both the equation
we get
5x= 25
x= 5
then putting x = 5
we get
y = 0
so x = 5 and y = 0
HOPE THIS HELPS YOU :)

2x + y = 10 3x - y = 15  Firstly, try to find one variable value in terms of another variable, using any one of the equations. 2x + y = 10 y = 10 - 2x Then find the value of the other variable, by substituting the first variable's value in the second equation. 3x - y = 15 3x - (10-2x) = 15 3x - 10 + 2x = 15 5x = 25 x = 5  Substitute this value in any of the equations to get the actual value of the other variable.  3x - y = 15 3(5) - y = 15 y = 0
