Dear concerned Madam/Sir,

I would like to bring your attention to the matter of hygene in one of the local villages. As you see, I happened to take part in a medical camp organized by the health club of the school.

I think that you may at least be able to provide proper sewage systems because the youngsters keep playing in the sewers and getting sick. Also, it is basic courtesy to at least provide drinking water as lots of people are getting sick with dysentry. It would be very nice if a small dispensary could be setup as there is no nearby hospital.
