Subject: Letter of complaint regarding damaged product and product count.

Sir/ Ma'am,

I am Ms. Sheela Jain, Head Of Department (HOD) of English Cambridge School, Pune. I ordered the recording equipment for the English lab. The order ID is 1001002345 dated July 10, 2022. I received the parcel yesterday.

I had ordered ten recorders but, the parcel only had six of them. Moreover, three of them were damaged and did not work. This was not expected from your reputed company.

The damaged products should be replaced and the money for the missing products should be refunded. Kindly look into it at the earliest and do the needful.
