Please allow me to bring to the notice of the traffic controller the unawareness of some drivers and passengers that they don't wear seat belt while they go to some where. It is necessary to wear seat belt otherwise they will face anytime a fatal accident.

It high time for the govt.and traffic controller to take prompt action against this.
