Sir,

I am xyz a resident of apartment no. xxx, xyz colony. I am writing this letter to inform you about the inconvenience caused due to my neighbour's behaviour.

I am a resident of this colony from last 10 years and never faced any problems but my new neighbours who shifted here a month ago are quite annoying.

They have parties till late night and play high volume music which disturbs me as well as other residents of our apartment. This has the worst effect on school going students who are unable to get a good night sleep.

I have tried to talk to them about the inconvenience caused due to them but they are least intrested to hearout our problems. I request you to talk to them.
