Subject - Complaint about wedding clothes.
Sir,
I placed an order of wedding clothes for my elder sister on 1 June, 2020. I have received the order two days ago, which is very late from the usual delivery time. Along with that, the fitting of clothes is completely wrong.
All the clothes are very tight. Clothes are also of a different colour, in comparison to the ordered ones. I order green lehenga with red dupatta but the received one has blue lehenga with yellow dupatta.
I am highly disappointed with your service. The wedding is scheduled for 7 September, 2020. I immediately want you to take action and reply about what can be done in the circumstances.
