Hello mate....

given....

 \frac{2 - z}{z + 10}  =  \frac{3}{5}  \\  \\ 5(2 - z) = 3(z + 10) \\  \\ 10 - 5z = 3z + 30 \\  \\ 3z + 5z = 10 - 30 \\  \\ 8z =  - 20 \\  \\ z =  \frac{ - 20}{8}  \\  \\ z =  -  \frac{5}{2}

HOPE IT HELPS YOU.....

Answer:

2-Z/Z+10 = 3/5

(2-Z)/ (Z+10) = 3/5

5 (2-Z) = 3(Z+10)      [ By cross multiplication ]

5 x 2 + 5 x (-Z) = 3 x Z + 3 x 10  [ Open the bracket partially]

10-5Z= 3Z+30            [ get simplest form of the equation ]

-5Z -  3Z = 30 -10       [ transpose the like terms to respective sides ]

-8Z = 20

Z= - 20/8

Z= - 5/2
