So according my logic ,

As you can see there are 2 pairs and one number

So , 20,10 =  20 + 10 = 30

Next , 10,20 = 10 + 20 = 30

So next pair should also give 30 :

According to that Next term is 50.

--> 80 - 50 = 30.
