20/28=x/7
x=7*20/28
x=20/4=5
20/28=10/y
y=10*28/20
y=14

For x,
 \frac{20}{28}  =  \frac{x}{7 }  \\  =  > 20 \times 7 = 28x \\  =  > x =  \frac{20 \times 7}{28}  \\  =  > x = 5
For y,

 \frac{20}{28}  =  \frac{10}{y}  \\  =  > 20y = 28 \times 10 \\  =  > y =  \frac{28 \times 10}{20}  \\  =  > y = 14
