Therefore ,

At 7 pm its temperate will be [15- (5x3)]

i.e; 0° C

More Information: -

Time difference = 7-2

i.e; 5

Every hour, temperate is decreases by 3° C

Therefore ,

in 5 hr it will decrease by (5×3) = 15°C
