I Think it is A Right Answer.

Given :

A Shopkeeper buys 50 articles for 24000 an and sells them at a profit of 15 % .

To Find :

Find the Selling price.

Solution :

Formula Used :

S.P= 100+ Profit%/100 x C.P

Where:

→ S.P = Selling Price =?

• → C.P = Cost Price = 24000

Profit% = 15%

Finding the Selling price :

100+ Profit%/100 S.P × 24000

S.P 100+ 15/100 × 24000

100+ 15/100 : S.P= x 24000

S.P 115 x 240 =

: 27600

Therefore :

Selling price of the 50 articles are 27600.

Answer:

Selling price of 1 article is Rs 552

Step-by-step explanation:

Cost price of 50 articles=Rs. 24000

∴ Cost price of 1 article=24000/50

                                     =Rs.480

%Profit=15 (given)

Selling price=cost price(1+%profit/100)

Selling price of 1 article=480(1+15/100)

                                       =480(1+0.15)

                                        =480*1.15

                                        =552
