5+ 8+ x= 13+x which is a multiple of 7 and it is also given such that x is a prime number for the sum of digit of x to be 17 the digits has to be 8 and 9

89 is a prime number 89+ 13= 102 but 102 is not a multiple of 7

Sum to be 16  digits has to be 9 and 7  

97+13= 110 but 110 is not a multiple of 7

79+13= 92 not a multiple of 7

Sum to be 15 digits has to be 9 and 6

Prime number is not possible with these digits

Sum to be 12 digits has to be 8 and 4, no prime number is possible with these digits, so none of the above examples are true.
