4 {x}^{2}  + 9 {y}^{2}  +  {z}^{2}   + 12xy - 6yz - 4xz

 =  >  {(2x)}^{2}  +  {(3y)}^{2}  +  {(z)}^{2}  + 2(2x)(3y) - 2(3y)(z) - 2(z)(2x)

As we know that :

(a + b - c)^2 =  {a}^{2}  +   {b}^{2}  +  {c}^{2}  + 2ab - 2bc - 2ca

According to the formula we get :

 =  >   {(2x + 3y - z)}^{2}

I hope it will be helpful for you ☺
