In Figure (ii), the difference between the numbers depends upon the times it is occuring. For Briefly Explanation, let's take an example- suppose the first number is 5 and the second number is 7 then, the difference between these two is 2 and if the second number is 7 then the third number should be 10 because 7+3 = 10 and as I told before the first difference was 2 so, accordingly the second difference is obviously 3. Lastly I want to take one more example, suppose the third number is 10 so, now the fourth number will be 14 because the third difference was 3 and after that 4 is coming so, 10+4 = 14.
