if

500 = 30

1 = 30÷ 500

600 = 30 ÷ 500 × 600

= 36

It will take 36 days

Answer:

GIVEN:

•Total Number of students, there's

enough provision for 500 students for

30 days.

TO FIND :

•If 100 more students join the camp,

then days of provision last now = ?

STEP-BY-STEP EXPLAINATION:

→ Let the number of days = X

→ Now, number of students in the camp

500 + 100 = 600

We, note that more is the number of

students, the less will be the number of

days the provision will last for.

So, it's the case of Inverse Variation

500 \times 30 = 600 \times x

x =  \frac{500 \times 300}{600}

x =  \frac{1500}{600}

=> x = 25

Hence, Here the provision will last for 25 days.
