Caution: Theoretically, 160 men can do the wall construction in half a day.

BUT you cannot do it, practically. The cement mortar has to set before adding more layers. You will have to erect the scaffolding to reach the higher reaches of the wall as it goes higher. If it is simple boundary wall, the scaffolding may not be required. Two drums and two planks of wood may suffice. If it is small place, 160 men would cause a lot of interference in the movement of the others. The quality of work will be questionable if the wall sinks, or gets distorted or disturbed at the end of the day and the whole work would have gone waste and you would have to re-do the entire work!
