according to G-lussac's law....20 ml of hydrogen reacts with 10 ml of oxygen...
volume ratio is 2:1... therefore 20 ml of water is produced.
in the second case 10 ml of carbon monoxide produces 10 ml of carbon dioxide when reacts with 10 ml of oxygen
