20 ml of CH4 is burnt in 70 ml of O2 . what would be volume of gases after explosion and cooling?

CH4 + 2O2 = CO2 + 2H2O

20 ml of CH4 Will consume 40 ml of O2
There remains 30 ml of O2
20 ml of CH4 Will produce 20 ml of CO2

The total volume of gas left = 30 ml of O2 + 20 ml of CO2 = 50 ml
(Note: 40 ml of H2O produced will become liquid after cooling)
