I Have taken a really long time doing this,

Finally x = 27/7

Step-by-step explanation:

ok lets start,

1) Distribute 1/3 through the brackets,

   ⇒ x + 5/3 + 4/3x - 5/3 = 9

2) now two fractions are at opposite symbols, lets cancel it!

    ⇒ x + 4/3x = 9

3) now moving 3 to RHS by multiplication realtion

   ⇒ 3x + 4x = 27

4) now collect the like term...

  ⇒ 7x = 27

5) now move 7 to RHS by division relationship

    ⇒x = 27/7

6) now we found the value of x or divide it simply!

    ⇒ x = 3.857 (my approx)
