I need to find acceleration to find the net force so I'm using Vx=Vxo+axt

Actually, a=(v2-v1)/(t2-t1)

 you have to find the acceleration between point B and C. and you can see that there is no increase in velocity between B and C.

 a= (20-20)/(4-2) = 0/2=0  and F= ma = 20000 * 0 ms^-2

Your net force will be 0 between B and C.
