Step-by-step explanation:

l × b = area

120 = l × b - 1

2 ( l + b ) = perineter

2 ( l + b ) = 46

l + b = 23

b = 23 - l

from 1st equation

23 - l = 120 /l

so

- l^2 + 23l - 120

l^2 + 15 l + 8l - 120

-l( l - 15 ) + 8 ( l - 15)

(l - 15)(8 -l)

from this

l = 15 and b = 8

as angle of rectangle is 90 ⁰

heb ce phythagorean triplet

so

let diagonal be d

d² = l² + b²

= 15² + 8²

= 225 + 64

d² = 289

d = underoot 289

d = 17 m
