Given :-
- Area of Square = Area of Rectangle
- Breadth of the Rectangle = 25cm
- Side of Square = 40cm
To Find :-
- Length of the Rectangle.
Solution :-
★ Area of Square ★
⇒ Area of Square = Side × Side
⇒ Area of Square = 40 × 40
⇒ Area of Square = 1600cm²
━━━━━━━━━━━━
★ According to the Question ★
⇛ Area of Square = Area of Rectangle
⇛ 1600 = Length × Breadth
⇛ 1600 = Length × 25
⇛ 1600/25 = Length
⇛ 64cm = Length
━━━━━━━━━━━━
Verification :-
⇛ Area of Square = Area of Rectangle
⇛ Side × Side = Length × Breadth
⇛ 40 × 40 = 64 × 25
⇛ 1600 = 1600
Hence, Verified
━━━━━━━━━━━━
∴ Length of Rectangle = 64cm ( c )
━━━━━━━━━━━━
★ Additional Info :
- Area of Square = Side x Side
- Area of Rectangle = Length × Breadth
- Perimeter of Rectangle = 2(Length + Breadth)
- Perimeter of Square = 4× Side
