then length=x+20

perimeter=2(x+x+20)=4x+40

26.50(4x+40)=5300

106x+1060=5300

106x=5300-1060

106x=4240

x=4240/106

x=40

breadth =40m

length =40+20=60m

l=b+20

Perimeter of plot=2(l+b)

=2(2b+20)

=4b+80

Now,

26.50×(45+80)=5300
