Answer:length= 8 or 6

Step-by-step explanation:

the perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)= 28m

= (L+b) = 14 m

area= l×B = 48 m²

let the length be = X m

breadth is = (14-X) m

a/q,

X×(14-X) = 48

=> 14x - X² = 48

=> -X²+14X- 48 = 0

=> -X²+6X+8X-48 = 0

=> X( -x+6) -8(-X+6) =0

=> (X-8)(6-X) =0

=>X= 8, 6.

length = 8 (6 can also be length) but I have taken as 8.

breadth = (14 - 8) m = 6 m

it is my humble request to carefully see the answer. any doubt let me know...
