Solution :-

Let Suppose an Amount = 100 Rupees.

According to The Question

We get Equation

= It increase by 20%

=> 100 + 20% of 100 = 120

= It decrease by 20%

=> 120 - 100

=> 20

Required Percentage % =

20 \times \frac {100}{120}

=>

20 \times \cancel  \frac{100}{120}

=> 16.66%
