Given: 20 trucks can hold 150 metric tons

To find: Weight held by 12 trucks

Explanation: Since, 20 trucks can hold 150 metric tons, therefore 1 truck can hold 150/20 = 7.5 metric tons of weight.

Now, since 1 truck can hold 7.5 metric tonnes therefore 12 such trucks can hold 12 times the weight 1 truck can hold.

Therefore, weight held by 12 trucks

= 12*7.5 tonnes

= 90 tonnes

Therefore, 12 trucks can hold 90 tonnes of weight.
