Answer:

mark as brallint answer

Step-by-step explanation:

By selling 14 watches of equal cost price at the rate of Rs. 450 each, there is a profit equal to the cost price of 4 watches. What is the price of a watch?

Let the C.P of one watch = Rs. X

C.P of 14 watches = Rs.14X

Profit = C.P of 4 wathes

Profit = Rs 4X

S.P of one watch = Rs.450

S.P. of 14 watches = Rs.6300

C.P. of 14 watches + profit = S.P. of 14 wathes

14X + 4X = Rs.6300

18 X = 6300

X = 6300/18

X = Rs.350

C.P. of a watch us Rs.350
