ANS: To find the momentum ,,we use the formula of momentum

p= mv

where m =56kg

and v =0.25

now putting this value

p = 56 × 0.25

=14

the momentum of an object is 14 kg m/s

Answer:

mass = 56 kg

velocity = 0.25 m/s

momentum = mass × velocity

p = m × v

p = 56× 0.25

p = 14 kg m/s

\boxed{\fcolorbox{black}{yellow}{momentum = 14 kg m/s}}

hope it helps..
