Explanation:
12 men worked for 9 days = 12 * 9 = 108
after working for 6 days = 12 *6 = 72
days left = 108 - 72 = 36
6 more men joined = 12 + 6 = 18
so, no. of days taken = 36 / 18 = 2 days

chopraneetu: it is not 12 men

The answer is 60/26=30/13

20 women worked for 9 days
=> 20×9=180 days required by 1 woman to complete the same work
now 20 worked for 6 days
ie 20×6=120
180-120=60 days work was left
now 20+6 =26 persons are working after 6 days
no of days required to complete remaining work=60/26
 = \frac{30}{13} = 2 \frac{4}{13} days
