\textbf{ Hello Mate! }

 =  \frac{52pqr(p + q)(q + r)(r + p)}{104pq(q + r)(r + p)}  \\

On cancelling,

Let's divide, 52pqr / 104pq = 1r / 2

Rest, ( q + r )( r + p ) got cancelled.

So we get,

 =  >  \frac{1r(p + q)}{2}  \\
Similarily,

 =  \frac{20(y + 4)( {y}^{2}  + 5y + 3)}{5(y + 4)}  \\  = 4( {y}^{2}  + 5y + 3)

Moreover,

 =  \frac{x(x + 1)(x + 2)(x + 3)}{x(x + 1)}  \\  = (x + 2)(x + 3)

⭐ Rembering point : Factorising means that terms should be in multiplication.

Have great future ahead!
