H = I²Rt
Keep the values in formula -
200 = I²*10*1
Performing multiplication
200 = I²*10
Shifting 10 to other side of equation
I² = 200/10
Performing division
I² = 20
I = ✓20
Taking square root
I = 4.5 Amperes
Now calculating potential difference.
V = I*R
V = 4.5*10
Performing multiplication
V = 45 Volts
Hence, the potential difference across the resistor is 45 Volts.
