200 ml of 0.2 M HCl is neutralized with 0.1 M NaOH. Then during their half neutralization, what will be the molarity of HCl?

You started with (200ml × 0.2 mmol/ml), 40 mmol of HCl, which is now 20mmol of HCl and 20 mmol of NaCl, plus 20mmol of water in addition to the 400 ml of water from both reagents.
