Let the number of boys = x...... Girls = 4x.......... ATQ...... 4x+x = 200......... 5x = 200.........x= 200/5 .......x= 40.......... Now put the values of x........... Boys = x = 40........... Girls = 4x = 4×40 = 160............... So the no. of girls = 160 and no. of boys = 40........( 160+40 =200)....
